iPhone 去年更换电池数量超过去 10 倍
在去年 Apple 爆出了 “电池门” 事件之后，引起大众极度不满，随后更改了更换电池的策略，价格从 608 元降到了 218 元（国内），并向用户道歉。罕见的降价导致全球 iPhone 用户纷纷前去更换电池，Tim Cook 在员工会议上表示 2018 年一整年 Apple 为用户更换了 1,100 万块电池，但是在过去 Apple 一年更换数量不超过 100-200 万块，几乎高出了 10 倍。Apple 也因此受到了非常大的影响，比如说数以百万的用户在更换电池后满足于现有设备的表现，大大降低了去年新出的 iPhone XS 系列的销量，这也是 Apple 在今年调低营收预期的一大原因。在电池门过后，Apple 今年的新 iPhone 能否激起用户的更换欲望，我们就拭目以待吧。
