科技巨头 Apple 这段时间的日子着实不好过，变相承认 “降低旧款 iPhone 性能” 后 “电池门” 事件也持续发酵，如今惹来巨额赔偿的集体诉讼。这两天 Apple 也终于发声，在官网上贴出致歉声明。按照 Apple 的说法：“我们从来没有、也永远不会通过任何手段，来有意缩短任何 Apple 产品的使用寿命，更不会降低用户体验来迫使大家升级设备”。并且表示一年前推出的 iOS 10.2.1 当中一项软件更新正是为了避免意外关机：“这些变动通常察觉不到，但在某些情况下，用户可能会发现有些 app 的启动时间变长了，有些性能表现变弱了”。
不过现在再说这些可能也都有点晚了，在原先不知情的情况下，大多数用户都会因为性能问题而选择换新手机。
在道歉的同时 Apple 也给出弥补办法，比如过保修期 iPhone 的电池维修价格从 608 元降到 218 元，具体细则将于近期公布。并且在 2018 年年初，Apple 还会发布一项 iOS 软件更新，让用户更清楚地了解 iPhone 的电池健康状况，以及其状况是否影响了性能。
