被取消的 SXSW 音乐节将不会退款
受疫情影响，全球各地的公众活动几乎都纷纷取消，美国的 ULTRA、SXSW、Coachella 等重磅音乐节也要么改期要么取消。日前，SXSW 音乐节给购买了门票的消费者发邮件称，不会为门票退款，而是延期至 2021、2022 或者 2023 年使用，并且表示「SXSW 必须遵守您购买凭证时同意的注册条款，该条款承认 SXSW 不会退款。」这一举动引起了消费者强烈的不满，大家纷纷在网络上控诉，认为这种情况不适用，要求更新这一条款。
