Colin Kaepernick 计划为他的脸申请商标
橄榄球运动员 Colin Kaepernick 正在计划为他的脸申请商标，不过不是他的真脸，而是动画版本（下方的头像）的。Kaepernick 日前通过他的公司 Inked Flash 向美国专利及商标局申请，将他的卡通画像印在手机壳、衣服、灯罩等产品上。而这也不是 Kaepernick 第一次申请商标了，八月份的时候他还为 “I’m with Kap” 这句口号申请了商标，这句话被广泛用在了橄榄球的种族歧视运动当中。如果 Colin Kaepernick 推出了他自己的卡通印花产品，你会买单吗？
