Rick Owens 2023 秋冬系列在埃及之行中获取灵感，从 70 年代神秘主义的简化建筑形式出发，以埃及古都「Luxor」为名，，打造简约又前卫的杰作。其中斗篷、半身裙、派克大衣和宽大的金字塔剪裁羊皮大衣展现埃及风格中部分庄严的气质，
除了埃及的灵感，本季在设计上也融入了部分维多利亚时代的廓形，黑色的改版披肩、经过 25 道程序手工制成的光滑小牛皮手套、复杂蓬松和皱褶的斗篷以及高耸的肩部设计，都带来精致且谦虚的风格。其中大量的夸张肩部设计也是本季的设计亮点之一搭配宽松的廓形带来简约现代的感觉。除了秀场的服装，鞋配也是一大亮点，可以注意到秀上模特穿著的 Kiss Boot 换上更高的鞋底，带衬垫的皮革鞋筒也很大程度上也奠定了本季服装的粗旷结构。而除了以上设计上的用心，在工艺上系列也十分讲究的采用经过认证的回收聚酰胺、有机棉和 1950 年代复古梭织机编织而成。有兴趣的朋友不妨浏览图片查看完整系列。
