如今联名系列的频繁程度已经令人应接不暇，艺术家们的作品和设计在各个领域都能看到。不过日前艺术家 Joshua Vides 在网路曝光与中国品牌太平鸟的对话着实令人震惊。
Joshua Vides 发现自己的形象、作品、名字等等都被使用在太平鸟的设计空间和产品之中，但据 Joshua 表示这些都未进行任何授权。在 Instagram 联系太平鸟品牌方后，得到的回复是「你需要多少钱？」，并且不承认使用了 Joshua Vides 的名字。随后太平鸟还在微博、Instagram 平台发布了如下声明。
太平鸟的解释是得到了 Joshua 授权。然而从实际产品、设计空间的明确显示、Joshua Vides 的愤怒反应，以及 Instagram 谈到了钱、谈到了没有使用 Joshua 的回复，包括太平鸟官方 Instagram 删除了一切疑似侵权 Joshua 的内容后，实际情况是怎样想必大家都已经心知肚明。面对这样赤裸裸的侵权行为，Joshua 表示一定会用法律的武器保护自己。
