Virgil Abloh 加入 LV 后，自主品牌 Off-White™ 的 “无形” 价值自然也不用赘述，伴随 Cruise 2019 春夏 “Impressionism” 系列造型 Lookbook 的发布，我们也得以欣赏到新一季的精彩设计。Virgil Abloh 将新系列命名为 “印象派”，无论是以大自然为场景拍摄，还是运用莫奈和马奈的印象派作品，都展示了 Virgil 的特别理解。
Virgil Abloh 这样的设计非常有趣，抛开设计不说，他以莫奈和马奈为灵感就是要证明自己的不凡。最初莫奈和马奈的绘画被批评家抨击，一个半世纪后几千万美元的价格证明了他们的绘画是多么特别。Virgil Abloh 把自己现在的处境比作曾经的莫奈和马奈，现在仍旧有声音质疑 Virgil 只会营销和塑造神秘，没有足够的实力去设计，这一次 Cruise 2019 春夏 “Impressionism” 系列以及下个月巴黎时装周 Off-White™、Louis Vuitton 大秀就是证明 Virgil Abloh 实力的机会。
