Gucci 和 GUESS 结束长达九年的商标之争

从 2009 年起，Gucci 和 GUESS 两家 G 字打头的公司就开启了漫长的诉讼之旅，先是 Gucci 控告 GUESS 抄袭并侵犯了自己的双 G Logo，具体的控告内容就是上图的这双鞋，看起来确实非常相似。GUESS 在 2012 年输掉了官司并赔偿了 $470 万美元（Gucci 原计划索赔 $2.21 亿美元），随后 Gucci 在全球许多城市继续向 GUESS 提起诉讼，不过欧盟国家判 GUESS 胜出；而中国、澳大利亚等国家则判 Gucci 胜。持久战打了九年之后，最近双方公司一同发表声明，表示结束九年的争斗，“达成这一协议对于我们两家公司都非常重要，认识到保护各自的财产组合和设计创意的重要性。” 终于意识到官司费力费时费钱了…
