亚马逊正式以 84.5 亿美元收购米高梅
此前，亚马逊有意收购米高梅影视公司的消息流出，价格预测更是高达 90 亿美元。近日，亚马逊以 84.5 亿美元成交价敲定米高梅收购计划。本次收购意味着亚马逊自家媒体部门 Prime Video 与 Amazon Studios 将获得米高梅旗下大约 4,000 部电影与 17,000 小时的电视剧。其中包括了《007》与《洛奇》系列等著名电影。Prime Video 与 Amazon Studios 高级副总裁 Mike Hopkins 更是清楚说道「本次收购真正意义是米高梅丰富片库中的 IP」。收购成功后亚马逊 Prime Video 是否能与 Netflix 正面交锋？我们拭目以待吧。
