前几天 Virgil Abloh 的限时动态上出现了一张 Bella Hadid 的照片，主角是 Bella 手上的 Off-White™ x Rimowa 行李箱，印着品牌具辨识度的设计 “BELLA”。看似简单的分享，却让拍摄照片的摄影师 Jawad Elatab 找上门来，追根究底都是因为：没有授权。
拥有该照片著作权法的摄影师 Jawad Elatab 目前已找来律师着手进行下一步，依照过往的类似案例，Jawad Elatab 可以依据该限时动态可能带来的获利，包括了网上的宣传费用、推广行李箱的销售价值，还有咨询费等等，换作为赔偿金额，如此算下来，一张照片出现在 Instagram Story 15 秒，加上24 小时的观看时间，或许可以最高索赔到 150,000 美金。目前 Virgil Abloh 方尚未对这件事情做出任何回应，有兴趣的不妨继续锁定我们的追踪报导吧。
