当年 Michael Jordan 在诉讼中国乔丹体育商标侵权一案中因证据不足被判败诉。就在最近，双方再闹纠纷，不过这次乔帮主却成为被告的一方。根据每日经济新闻的消息：“因 Michael Jordan 授权上海方达律师事务所（北京）向天津市体育局、第十三届全运会组委会发出的一份律师函被中国乔丹体育公司认为构成名誉侵权，所以中国乔丹体育公司将 Michael Jordan 和方达北京事务所诉至法院，要求停止侵权、赔礼道歉、恢复名誉，并索赔精神损害抚慰金、维权费用 110 万元。目前，北京朝阳法院正在受理此案。“
对于如此反转，我们只能希望法院能给出一个公平的判决。毕竟乔帮主在两年前已经吃了一次哑巴亏了。
